Mechano growth factor

Is Mechano growth factor safe?

No human safety data

CAnimal and cell studiesNot approvedas of 2026-10-26

No human safety data exist. The worry follows from IGF-1 biology. IGF-1 signaling promotes cell growth. The 2011 cell study itself pitched the E peptide as a way to avoid the cancer-causing side effects of IGF-1. No one has tested that claim in any organism. Products sold as MGF or PEG-MGF are unregulated. Nothing assures their identity, purity or sterility. 3
