The Russian trial reported no serious side effects and no sedation. The mouse studies found no toxicity at the doses used. That is the whole safety record: a few dozen patients for a few weeks. No one knows what long-term use does. No one knows its effects on hormones or the immune system over time. Drug interactions and use in pregnancy are also unknown. Products sold online are unregulated, so purity and dose cannot be assumed. The FDA reviewed several peptides in 2024 and 2026.
